Q: How does the billing process work?
A: Your credit card on file will be billed every 30 days. If for some reason we cannot rebill the credit card on file due to invalid card information or card expiration, your account will be automatically deactivated and must be reactivated by logging in and updating the billing information.

Q: How do I deactivate my account?
A: Your account can be deactivated at anytime by logging in and selecting the deactivate link located in your account page. Please note: 3-Day Fan Pass members are not requried to deactivate their account as their membership automatically expires 3 days after purchase.

Q: Do you post information for every presale?
A: Although we try our best to post only the most popular event information, we cannot guarantee that all presales will be listed. If you need information for a specific event, please contact our support staff to check information availability prior to creating a membership!

A: Yes, a majority of Canadian presale and public sales for concerts, sports and more will be listed in our event list.
